This is an experiment modifying Simplicity Mild with the addition of Thomas Fawcett Crystal Rye malt. The flavor is described as adding liquorice and toffee, which sounds perfect to me. I may have to play with the amount some and possibly remove the caramel 80 from the mix to get enough flavor out of it.
