This is an experiment modifying Simplicity Mild with the addition of Cherrywood smoked malt. I may have to try this a few times because the amount of smoked malt to use seems to have no solid guidelines. I recently made a batch of Beech Smoked Simplicity Mild and it turned out great. Many people say the cherry is sweeter, but stronger, so there may need to be some adjustments. This is starting out with the exact same ratios, though.
