I have no idea what happened here. I used all of the same volumes of everything as before, with some slight simplification of grains which would be no more than 1-2oz in weight, yet came out with too high volume and, due to volume, too low OG.

I have yet to see how it tastes. It will probably be good because I dialed back the Dragon's Breath pepper. I should weigh or grind and weigh, but whatever. This year I used 2 smaller peppers for 2 days and then pulled out one pepper and continued the larger one to finish out a week.
