This is a Dark English Mild from Gordon Strong's Modern Homebrew Recipes book. It has been slightly adapted to my equipment and processes and so as written, is just barely higher original gravity and a bit lower final gravity. I may tweak and adjust to get it lower because I really want this to be the low ABV it is written as in the book.

In this version I almost certainly over pitch the yeast and you could get by with less. The book also uses Wyeast 1968.
