This is an Imperial Milk Stout which just adds an extra 5 lbs of the base Pale Ale malt and a tiny bit more hops to compensate to the original recipe from the book Brewing Classic Styles. This was done specifically for using as a base for a hot pepper beer experiment using Dragon's Breath peppers at the last minute when I could not get the grains I had intended to use. I have recorded it without the peppers and while further experiments with the pepper will continue this will probably not be the base recipe.
