Like many of my recipes this came from the book Brewing Classic Styles. I changed up the yeast based on availability and the book really only recommending liquid yeasts. I normally would use Danstar Munich Classic for this beer but my first brew of it is using SafAle T-58, so that is how I am specifying it for now.
