First brew testing out using Beersmith instead of Brewtarget. The good news is that I pretty much hit my numbers. Maybe actually a bit lower than that 5.75 gallon final volume, but not much since I had 5.5 in the fermenter and still some left in the kettle.

My mistake for this round was that I wasn't paying attention to the target original gravity. It was really supposed to be 1.045 but I forgot to scale the recipe ingredients from the original recipe which was targeting 6.5 gallons post boil instead of the 5.75 gallons I was aiming for.
