My records say my FG is 1.015, but I remember it being lower than that. I originally recorded with Brewtarget 2.30, but discovered they had actually been making releases for years which I somehow missed, and so my database went through several upgrades to 5.1.0 and I have seen a few other values which did not update correctly.
I made a mistake when putting this recipe together and missed the 1lb of sugar and thought I had something off, so I adjusted my Pilsner malt up to hit the calculated correct original gravity. The beer has still turned out pretty good.
