McQuaker's Oatmeal Stout (2025-11-08)

Nailed all of the numbers pretty close for the first time in a very long time. FG should have been slightly lower than it is due to the barely low OG, but not by much.

I need to sit down and figure out if I should be targetting 5.5 or 5.25 gallons into the fermenter. 5.25 would be better because my boil kettle is just barely large enough for a full volume BIAB with 5.5 into the kettle for even moderate ABV beer. The volume only became an issue when I got my conical fermenter, but have yet to measure the volume below the dip tube because I am lazy.
