I wanted to brew this again now that I've figured out how to properly use my Spike CF5. Unfortunately, I goofed up my grain absorption again. I use two pieces of software, one which uses quarts per pound of grain and one which uses gallons per pound of grain and I keep mixing things up.

I recorded 1.058 OG, which is exactly where I wanted it, yet my notes also say the OG was low. I'm going to assume that the recorded OG is what the software put in based on what it expected and I forgot to change it. Oh, well.
