I mistyped 1.1 gal/lb for my grain absorption instead of 0.11 gal/lb. Combined with a 90 minute boil and working with generally small numbers, it seemed like a lot of water but did not immediately strike me as a problem until I had too much wort in the kettle and still had over a gallon left for sparging. I tried to correct for the issue by boiling longer, but went a little too long.

My gravity is also a bit low because I used the exact grain amounts from the book with no adjustment for their target amount of 5 gallons into the fermenter. This one might take me a couple of tries to get right because I need more grain, which means more water, and then I typically have pretty low efficiency with wheat beers, which means even more grains, etc.
