I last brewed this in 2021 when I was still brewing 2-3 gallons on the stove top. I went partial mash then and maybe should have again here. With my Unibrau, 15 Lbs of grain and enough water for a 2 hour boil was too much, so I set a few gallons aside for sparging. I really don't have the correct setup to sparge properly, though, and so my original gravity is very low.
