Much higher pre-boil volume than expected... over 7.5 gallons. Maybe I typoed my grain water absorption on biabcalcuator.com. Fortunately, with low gravity beers I get a very high mash efficiency on my system which more than made up for the extra volume.

Because of the heat, temperature control has been tough. It took overnight to get the wort to pitching temperature. Then ended up going up to 72F overnight the first day of fermentation. A new conical fermenter and glycol cooling setup for it is on the way, though, so these problems won't be an issue soon.

I am really enjoying this one. It's definitely a keeper.
