It's time for another low gravity beer, but I wanted to change it up a bit. I went out in search of a different London Brown Ale than I usually brew and ended up with going with this one.

I mashed a bit high, at 156F-157F due to using S-04 yeast which is higher attenuating than the Fermentis S-33 and Lallemand Windsor I have used in the past for this style.

The sample I tasted at 60F with no carbonation when checking the gravity was very promising tasting.
