Just quick notes for this one (may update later)

I cut back to a 60 minute boil rather than 90 minutes. I'm pretty sure the 90 minutes is because the recipe this is based on used Pilsener malt and so boiled extra to drive off DMS. Since I am not using any Pilsener here, the extra 30 minutes is just a waste of time and water.

Lost a good bit of wort due to a boilover when I wasn't paying attention. OG reading was accidentally taken at 80f with hydrometer calibrated for 60f - misread temperature when I chose to transfer to the fermenter, take OG reading, and immediately pitched the yeast. I thought I had read 74f, but must have been 84f.

Fermentation

Fermented at 74F and after four days (2023-11-23) the wort is still very cloudy and yeasty.
