I had about 5oz of D-90 left over from before, so that's all of the D-90 which is going in and the rest made up for with table sugar. This is also using Fermentis SafAle Abbaye. It is my first time using this yeast.

I put in 2oz of 2.1 AA Tettnang pellet hops. I thought I had some Saaz at home to make up for the low AA when I went with the low AA Tettnang. Unfortunately, I remembered wrong. I left them in for the full 90 minutes to get what little extra I can out of them.

Preboil SG: 1.040

Original gravity: 1.064

Final gravity: 1.007

Volume in Fermenter: 5.3 Gallons

I did the usual full volume boil BIAB on this. Water was coming out of the hose at about 83 F, so I got the wort cooled to about 85 F and then transferred to the fermenter. I put the fermenter in the fermentation chamber with ice and let it cool overnight. I pitched 11.5 g of SafAle Abbaye at around 72 F. The wort cooled to about 68F before fermentation fully took off. I then mostly let nature take over. I left 2 liters of ice in the fermentation chamber, but did not keep them swapped. The wort fermented at around 70 F for the first couple of days and then it slowly raised itself to 72 F. After several days and no ice swaps, the wort did hit 74 F at which point I replaced the ice in the fermentation chamber to allow the wort to cool back down.

I ended up with what appears to be about 5.25 gallons of wort in the fermenter rather than the 5.5 I expected to get. This has been consistent from batch to batch, so I need to check the markings on my fermenter for accuracy and then, if accurate, figure out where I am consistently losing that wort. It could be boil of rate or grain absorption.
